“Rights in Time” focuses on human rights, the people who envisioned and fought for them, and how we come to think about rights, including through the lens of speculative fiction. For me, human rights is a living, changing idea that we all can contribute to and direct. One of the ways we think out what rights can be is through the lens of science fiction and fantasy.

The newsletter will connect the history and practice of human rights and explore how rights are won through action. I hope you find “Rights in Time” interesting!
